One Account Policy

Each player may operate only one ubaje account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled. Attempting to operate multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is also considered a violation of this policy.

Identity Verification

ubaje may request identity verification at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. Verification of an identity document or mobile banking account may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide information in a timely manner may delay withdrawals.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit at ubaje, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳15,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Important Bonus Terms

The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once on the same account.
If unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting bonuses are detected, ubaje reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

ubaje VIP Program

The ubaje VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier based on regular gaming activity. Regular and active participation on the platform is required to advance to a higher tier.

Any form of cheating, or use of software tools or bots to play games, is strictly prohibited.
Collaborating with other players to apply any strategy against the platform is not permitted.
If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that game may be declared void.
Once a game round at ubaje has started and a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Winnings resulting from any technical malfunction of the platform are not payable.

Sports Betting Rules

ubaje's established rules apply to the acceptance and settlement of bets across all sports betting markets, including cricket, football, and kabaddi. A bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If a match is abandoned or left unresolved, bets will be settled according to ubaje's defined policy.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

ubaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
Detection of suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
Evidence of account use by a minor.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any legitimately earned balance will be provided before the account is closed.

Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Amendments to Terms

Language

The Bengali version of these terms is the primary and binding version. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
